Responsibilities
Represent clients in estate litigation matters, including will contests, trust disputes, and breach of fiduciary duty claims.
Provide legal advice to clients on matters related to estate planning, including probate and tax issues.
Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda and pleadings.
Attend court hearings and trials and argue before judges and juries.
Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to develop case strategies and ensure the best results for clients.
Build relationships with clients and maintain regular communication to keep them informed about the progress of their cases.
