Job Description:

We are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for an Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will work alongside our experienced event management professionals to help create unforgettable experiences for our clients and their guests. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for event planning and execution, alongside a desire to learn and grow within the events industry.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and execution of events

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services

Help manage event logistics including set-up and tear-down processes

Support team members in identifying event themes and concepts

Monitor attendee registration and manage guest lists for various events

Gather feedback post-events to evaluate and improve future events

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Strong interest in event planning and management

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills

A positive attitude and willingness to learn
