Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and organization of events from inception to completion.
• Support event managers in coordinating logistics with vendors, venues, and suppliers.
• Help with the creation and distribution of event materials, including invitations and signage.
• Maintain event budgets by tracking expenses and processing invoices.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and enhance attendee engagement.
• Attend events to provide on-site support and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A detail-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of event planning software and tools is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Salary

$800 - $1250 / week
