Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their goals, vision, and preferences. Oversee event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and staff coordination, ensuring smooth operations. Provide hands-on support during events, managing registrations, coordinating activities, and resolving issues in real time. Organize materials, resources, and equipment to ensure seamless event execution. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, production) and external vendors/partners to align all event components and objectives. Gather feedback from clients, attendees, and team members to identify areas for improvement and compile detailed post-event reports to assess event success. Requirements: Prior experience in event planning or coordination is preferred but not required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
