Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our growing team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about event coordination, marketing, and customer engagement . As an Event Assistant, you will play a key role in executing on-site promotional events , ensuring seamless event operations, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events.
Provide on-site event support , ensuring smooth operations and a positive attendee experience.
Interact with customers and clients to promote brand awareness and engage target audiences.
Work closely with the event management team to implement marketing strategies.
Help with event setup, logistics, and breakdown while maintaining organization and efficiency.
Support data collection and feedback gathering to improve future events.
Maintain a high level of professionalism while representing clients and brands.
