Are you passionate about teaching young minds and making math fun and engaging? We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Remote Elementary Math Teacher to work with students from Kindergarten to 5th grade in an interactive online learning environment.

Responsibilities:
Teach engaging online math classes for elementary students on a weekly basis (approximately 12-20 hours/week, 7-10 classes).
Prepare and plan lessons using our structured curriculum to ensure an effective and interactive learning experience.
Participate in paid teaching assistant work by observing and learning from experienced instructors to refine your own teaching methods.
Conduct one-on-one student evaluations (5-10 hours/week) to help place new students in the appropriate classes.
Grade homework and provide feedback to parents on students' progress, strengths, and areas for improvement (5-7 hours/week).
Maintain communication with students and parents to ensure a positive and supportive learning experience.
Collaborate with the teaching management team to enhance the overall educational experience.
Work Schedule:
Teaching Days: Wednesday to Sunday (Monday and Tuesday off)
Hours: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM (with flexibility for non-teaching hours)
Class schedules take priority, with some flexibility in administrative tasks.
What We're Looking For:
A Bachelor's degree or higher (all majors welcome; Education or STEM-related fields preferred).
Prior math teaching experience is a plus.
Ability to commit to a full-time teaching schedule starting November 2024.
Passion for teaching and working with children in an online setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially when engaging with parents.
Responsible, enthusiastic, and eager to create a fun and supportive learning environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive Pay:
Teaching Hours: $25-$40 per hour
Administrative Hours (lesson prep, grading, parent communication): $16-$20 per hour
Annual Salary Estimate:
First-year target compensation: $40,000-$50,000
