- Analyze, as needed, current agency practices, gaps, and systems to inform CUI/CBI implementation plans that align with federal requirements and agency priorities.
- Lead the development and updates of agency-level policy and procedural documents.
- Support the development of process flows and standard operating procedures related to CUI lifecycle management, including dispute resolution and challenge processes.
- Contribute to cross-functional coordination to ensure consistency across CUI and CBI implementation workstreams, including systems compliance, and SOP development.
- Support the development of safeguarding guidance and assist in drafting compliance tracking documentation.
- Support the implementation and scaling of the self-inspection program, with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Track government wide information management policy developments and emerging federal CUI guidance to assess potential agency impacts and implementation needs.
- Develop briefings, memos, and decision support documents to communicate findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Provide support for training development and CUI detection efforts, as directed by project leads.
Qualifications and Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in library science, information systems, business, public administration, or public policy

- Strong familiarity with federal policy making and clearance processes, stakeholder engagement, and document lifecycle management.
- Ability to provide high-level vision and strategic recommendations to senior leadership on complex regulatory initiatives.
- Excellent analytical, writing, and client communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, MS Teams, and SharePoint.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Public Trust clearance
