1. Drive content planning process:
– form publication plans;
– communicate with every concerned teams about plans, commitments and changes;
– coordinate work between different teams involved in content creation.
2. Coordinate articles and assets production:
– assess goals and objectives articles/messages;
– assemble a team of specialists with best-suited skills and expertise;
– define tasks for each specialists;
– monitor task progress and provide guidance to team members to ensure timely high-quality completion task;
– ensure publication happens on time and of decent quality.
3. Continually work towards improvements in the publication process:
– foster a collaborative and supportive team environment to encourage productivity and creativity;
– identify and address any issues or bottlenecks that may impede publishing progress, implementing solutions to optimize performance;
– сonduct post-publishing reviews to evaluate team performance, identify lessons learned, and implement process improvements;
– solicit feedback from team members and stakeholders to identify areas for optimization and enhancement.
3+ years’ experience working for digital video games publisher, content operations or marketing;
proven experience in content project management, with a focus on task and people management, preferably in videogaming industry;
excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail;
proficiency in project management tools and software.

Strong research skills to dive deep into various topics and attention to detail ensuring high-quality content;
HTML and CSS coding experience;
Aptitude for creative thinking in content creation;
Familiarity with the GameDev and football simulators in particular;
