Job Description



We are seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (PT or OT) to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about upper extremity rehabilitation and committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based care in a patient-focused environment.

This role is perfect for a therapist who enjoys working with a variety of post-surgical, traumatic, and non-surgical hand and upper extremity conditions. We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative setting, values continuous learning, and takes pride in delivering individualized, hands-on care. Our 45-minute appointment times allow for in-depth assessments and treatment sessions, ensuring our patients receive the attention they need to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) preferred– must hold current CHT certification or be eligible and actively working toward certification.

  • Licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Arizona (or eligible for licensure).

  • Proficiency in custom orthotic fabrication for a variety of upper extremity conditions.

  • Strong knowledge of post-surgical protocols, tendon rehabilitation, nerve injuries, fractures, and arthritis management .

  • Excellent manual therapy skills and a commitment to providing hands-on, patient-centered care.

Additional Information



We offer a competitive total compensation package including a base salary of $85,000 -$95,000 plus an incentive plan. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, disability, life and a 401(k) plan, among other outstanding benefits such as continuing education reimbursement and Paid Time Off.
