Bookkeeper
Mon-Fri 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
$16-$18 per hour
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accuracy in all financial records.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software
* Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
* Process invoices, receipts, and payments
* Maintain organized financial records and documentation
* Prepare basic financial reports as needed
* Assist with payroll processing and tax filings
* Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting
**Qualifications:**
* Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting
* Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Basic understanding of accounting principles
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
