Job Description

Body Shop Manager Description of the Role: The Body Shop Manager at Nissan of Venice will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our body shop department. This role involves managing a team of technicians and ensuring that repair and maintenance work is completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. The Body Shop Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with insurance companies, maintaining inventory, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of body shop technicians
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of repair and maintenance work
  • Coordinate with insurance companies and assist in processing claims
  • Maintain inventory of parts and materials
  • Monitor the workflow and productivity of the body shop department
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Address customer concerns and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a similar role as a Body Shop Manager or Supervisor
  • Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and techniques
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of insurance claims processes is a plus
