We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Staffing Consultant who is fluent in Mandarin and English to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll support a variety of client accounts, playing a key part in recruiting, onboarding, and delivering exceptional staffing solutions to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Source, screen, and interview candidates across various industries and roles. Provide bilingual support (Mandarin-English) during recruitment, onboarding, and client interactions. Manage candidate pipelines, job postings, and internal tracking systems. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and placement success. Attend client meetings and assist with workforce planning as needed. Requirements: Bilingual in Mandarin and English (verbal and written). 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources preferred. Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Strong understanding of cultural nuances and business etiquette in Mandarin-speaking communities is a plus EEO/AA Employer/Vet/Disabled.
