Position: Assistant Property Manager (APM)

Compensation: $58,240 - $62,400 Annually, DOE; PTO, paid holidays (6), 401K.

Employment Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Property Manager at Profound Properties, LLC, you will play a vital role in shaping our company's growth and success. Your responsibilities will include:

· Leasing Activities and Marketing

o Preparing units for leasing, including photos, listings, and market research.

o Managing prospect communications, screenings, and rental agreements.

o Assisting with lead generation and social media marketing.

· Resident & Property Owner Relations & Retention:

o Supervising the Resident Coordinator and ensuring positive resident relations.

o Managing lease renewals, rent increases, and violation notices.

o Serving as the primary contact for resident escalations.

o Communicating with property owners regarding unit conditions, finances, and leasing updates.

o Assisting with owner inquiries, reports, and insurance compliance.

· Financial & Administrative Support:

o Tracking rent payments, renewals, and notices.

o Assisting with resident security deposit returns and final accounting.

o Processing invoices and inputting bills.

o Performing administrative tasks, including scheduling, filing, mailing, and posting notices.

· Office Operations and Customer Service:

o Performing front desk duties, answering calls, greeting customers, and responding to inquiries.

o Managing office operations and receiving mail/ deliveries.

Qualifications:

  • An associate’s degree or higher, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal growth.
  • Proven experience in Oregon landlord-tenant law.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel) and property management software products.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, including fluency in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of making sound decisions independently.
  • A commitment to ethical behavior and compliance with all company policies and regulations.
  • A willingness to participate in after-hours emergency call rotation.
  • A valid Oregon driver's license with auto insurance and a clean driving record.

Experience:

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • At least 3 years of Oregon based residential property management experience.
  • At least 1 years of supervisory or leadership experience in Property Management.
  • A positive attitude, motivation, and a desire to succeed.
