Bishop Montgomery High School is a Catholic, college-preparatory secondary school based out of 5430 Torrance Blvd, Torrance, California, United States.

We are looking for a reliable and organized   Appointment Scheduler to assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for our team. This is an easy, remote job suitable for someone with basic computer skills and a professional, friendly manner.

Responsibilities:

• S

  chedule appointments for clients via phone, email, or online scheduling tools

• Confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments as needed

• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members

• Maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments

• Send reminders and follow-up messages to clients

• Use online calendars and scheduling software (training provided)

• Ensure availability and scheduling conflicts are managed appropriately

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Basic computer skills (email, typing, using web-based software)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Customer service experience is a plus but not required

• Friendly and professional phone and email etiquette
