LDR Site Services was founded in 2010 and offers its customers a single point of coordination for equipment rental and related waste hauling services to site-based projects across the US supporting multiple industries with varying needs including environmental, emergency response, facilities maintenance, retail, government construction and other commercial markets. As a leader in our field, we have a national network of suppliers throughout the country.
Reports To: Customer Support Supervisor
Job Duties:
· Process and manage vendor invoices to meet daily metrics goals, ensuring accurate coding and approvals.
· Prepare and process electronic virtual card payments, as requested.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper handling of vendor-related inquiries and issues.
· Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors, as needed.
· Audit, verify and reconcile vendor statements, resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
· Manage incoming vendor communications to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment related issues.
· Participate in the implementation and improvement of accounts payable processes and systems.
Basic Requirements:
· High school degree/GED, two-year college degree would be a plus.
· 1-5 years of relevant experience, services sector experience preferred
· High volume AP processing experience
· High attention to detail
· Strong written and verbal communications skills
· Experience with QuickBooks and Salesforce a plus
