Job Description:

The AI Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying autonomous AI solutions using LLMs, multi-agent frameworks, and APIs. This role focuses on building intelligent agents that interact with systems, reason through tasks, and automate workflows efficiently. The developer will primarily work with backend APIs, agentic AI frameworks, and cloud-based deployment on GCP. Frontend UI and database skills are optional but beneficial for full-stack implementations.

• Strong analytical and experimental mindset.
• Expertise in Coding skills, OOP concepts, database, and understanding of cloud GCP infrastructure
• Expert in API implementation
• Ability to prototype and refine AI workflows quickly.
• Fast Prototyping: Ability to quickly build, test, and refine AI workflows.
• Experimental Mindset: Comfort with trial-and-error approaches for AI reasoning.
• Python is a must, and other OOP languages are a plus
• API development: 1-2 years of experience is a must, preferably in FastAPI, Flask

Basic qualifications

• Design and develop autonomous AI agents that can reason, plan, and execute tasks.
• Implement multi-agent collaboration using LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
• Integrate LLMs (Gemini, GPT-4, Claude, LLaMA, etc.) with external tools and APIs.
• Optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines for enhanced agent memory and reasoning.
• Develop workflow automation using AI-powered decision-making processes.

Key skills:

• Agentic AI Frameworks: LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, AutoGPT
• LLM Integration: Gemini API, OpenAI GPT-4, Claude, PaLM 2, Anthropic
• AI Planning & Memory: RAG, vector embeddings, hierarchical planning
• Vector Databases (optional): Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, ChromaDB
• Google Cloud AI tools (Vertex AI, AutoML, Matching Engine).
